REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of receipt, provided they meet the following criteria:
- The item is in unused, undamaged condition.
- The item is in its original packaging, including all parts, accessories, and documentation.
- Certain products, such as custom items, clearance items, and gift cards, may not be eligible for returns.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@tinotirebike.com with the following details:
- Your order number.
- The item you wish to return and the reason for the return.
Our team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error in fulfilling the order.
Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If the item is approved for return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, we recommend returning the item first and then placing a new order. If the replacement product is unavailable, we will issue a refund.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a prepaid return shipping label and either replace the item or issue a full refund. We will cover all return shipping costs for defective or damaged items.
International Returns
For international returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and any applicable customs duties or taxes. We recommend using a traceable shipping method when returning items internationally.
